Dublin Athletics Board - Dublin Leagues

Once again our Cross Country Season opened with the Dublin Athletic Board League Fixtures. The DAB hosts three Cross Country Events during the Cross Country Season. Every athlete who runs is automatically awarded 10 points. In addition, points are awarded on the day to the top 20 finishers. The athlete with the most points after the three events is the winner. The top 6 athletes in each age are awared plaques.
League 1
The first league race in Lusk on Sunday 17th September. We had a great turn out with 31 athletes, from U9s to U15s, battling the elements and the course. The event was hosted by DAB and Lusk AC.
League 2
The second league race in Tymon Park on Sunday 8th October. We had a 15 athletes, from U9s to U14s, competing on a very tough course.
League 3
The third league race in Tymon Park on Sunday 26th November. We had a 33 athletes, from U9s to U15s, running.
